Marcos Neves

Born in San Diego, he grew up in a household where hard work and practical skills were part of everyday life. His father worked as a firefighter and paramedic, as well as a general contractor and builder. From an early age, Joseph and his brother often accompanied him to job sites, where they were introduced to construction work and the value of learning by doing.
